Cesar, give us an example, because here in South Florida Professionals we have a lot of business members and in our group we have over a 1600 local business owners. Give us some examples of how you could work with small to medium sized businesses?

It’s a great concept, great idea is almost like a Business Consultant on demand without having the expense of you having to go to look through resumes, hire somebody, give them a desk, give them a computer. You can operate this completely remote and you can serve the small to medium sized business owner.

Exactly and the situation is or what happens is that usually small to medium sized businesses do not have the scale to hire full time expertise and that’s where we come in. We provide and or deliver the management expertise needed to manage parts of the organization where the owner feels that there is need for improvements. And that’s how we work with our customers.

So you basically become a partner, a very valuable partner of that small to medium sized business.

Exactly, when we work with our customers on an ongoing basis long term projects, what we do is to assess the situation of their organization, incorporate performance indicators, develop initiatives and track the progress overtime of those initiatives. So we are basically implementing actions but then again as well we are managing continuous improvement activities overtime.

Cesar during this challenging times where we are in and the business community going through so many changes I think that is a very valuable service that you bring to the table and a lot of business owners can benefit from your expertise. Do you only work in Miami? Or do you work in multiple areas?

Well, our focus is South and Central Florida, currently, but we have been able to actually secure some projects with Private Equities for Technology companies that require a good amount of support in sales and operations in other states of the US as well. Yes, but the focus in South and Central Florida.
