Hello everybody, Andy here with South Florida Professionals and today we are interviewing another one of our awesome members of the South Florida Professionals network. Today we have with us Cesar Serrano form Opportunus Group and we are going to learn all about his Group, his business and how he can help you, our South Florida community business members.

Absolutely my friend. Cesar we talked briefly about your network, about your business and now for the benefit of our audience and our viewers tell us a little bit about Opportunus Group.

What it is? and what it does?

My name is Cesar Serrano and I am the CEO and Chief Consultant at Opportunus Group. Opportunus Group partners with small- and medium- sized businesses in South and Central Florida to help them deliver great customer service, boost employee engagement and maximize their operational efficiency.
